Ethnica eco-factory is a confectionery manufacturer of natural marmalade, chocolate and candy bars. Northern wild plants are extensively used in the production process. Berries that survive the cold in the Yugra region are also used in the production. The candy is 100% organic. Unique, patented ingredients are used in the production. For instance, various herbal extracts are used in the production of marmalade: yagel moss, peat moss, crowberries, a mixture of infusions of larch needles and willowherbs.
Ethnica currently manufactures more than 20 types of confectionery products. Only real chocolate of the company's own production, made from rare varieties of cocoa beans, is used for coating dragees and candy. The brand was founded in 2019. The name Ethnica was inspired by the centuries-old culture of the indigenous peoples of the Yugra region, known for its harsh climate. The combination of chocolate with ingredients of primordially northern origin gives a hint of Siberian frosts and coniferous taiga.

Irina Bykova paints cityscapes in watercolors. Recently she released a gift bundle called Nizhnevartovskie Zarisovki (Nizhnevartovsk Sketches). This is a box with memorable gifts depicting local attractions, painted in watercolors. The production of gift bundles led into the new project - the production of souvenirs with the views of Nizhnevartovsk. The idea was picked up by other towns of the region, including Megion, Izluchinsk, Pokachi, Khanty-Mansiysk.
Irina is currently focused on her newest projects: supplementary education for children - painting and pottery lessons, and the production of custom jewelry made of glass. Local nature acts as an inspiration for the new jewelry line: earrings in the form of cranberries or blueberries, brooches that look like rowan berries, ethnic berry necklaces and bracelets. The technique of lampworking, where a torch is used to melt the glass, is used in the production of jewelry.
The project presents you with the original diary entries, documents and sketches of Valery Chernetsov, a famous anthropologist and an expert on finno-ugric ethnic group, in a form of an interactive map. It includes information about his expeditions, which is divided into 5 sections: a map of his routes, a description of routes, archaeological sites, documents and a biography section. Valery Chernetsov made 9 expeditions to the rivers in the Mansi region: Severnaya Sosva, Lozva, Konda, Yukonda (tributary of the river Konda), Tap (tributary of the river Tobol), Tagil. He also made an expedition to the Nenets region in the northern part of the Yamal Peninsula.
The visuals of the interactive map are based on the sketches of the anthropologist. Having completed the virtual expedition together with the scientist, you can study the materials on different aspects of traditional Ob-Ugrian life: material culture, traditional crafts, ceremonial and spiritual practice, their values and social organization.
